The windows are great, look great and work well. The install was nice and quick and clean, not messy at all. I did feel a little pressure during their initial price quote; they were a little aggressive in their sales tactics. I was able to get the city out to inspect the finished product quickly. Overall I am very satisfied.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience with this installation crew. David and his guys were polite, professional, and fully focused on getting the work done right. They were also extremely respectful of our special needs when replacing the window in my stepfather's bedroom - he is bedridden and has advanced dementia - and made what could have been a very stressful time with him a lot more comfortable. Looking forward to lower electricity bills this summer and already LOVING the look of our new windows!

We have had good experiences with our Storm Tight Windows. Our home was built 1964-1966 and had few energy saving features. We had a lot of air coming in through our window openings. Our new windows have made a big difference in our indoor air keeping warm or cool in season. The installation was good, fast and clean. The workers were thoughtful, polite, hard workers, and cleaned up after themselves. We purchased the hurricane quality glass and hope that we never have to test it. At first we were surprised at how thick the edges of the windows are, so there is less open space to look through. We also decided to paint them to blend in with the brick and siding on our house a little better. Happy Customers.

The windows are very impressive i never expected the see a grown man jumping up and down on a window, Honestly i was waiting for it to shatter all over my floor but it never did. I just had Rudy out to install my windows, and I could not be more pleased. A true professional, he worked quickly, efficiently, and cleaned up after himself. I thought for sure some damage would show when they removed the old windows and security bars, but he made it look better than new! My windows are beautiful, I can't wait to see the energy savings. The noise reduction alone is amazing. The install crew was quick and professional. The repair or problem process is smooth I had a couple of small issues and in two days a Storm Tight repairman was there too help. My only minor frustration was communication and having said that our situation was a bit unique so may have been part of the issue. I would and have recommended Storm Tight windows!

Dave and his crew just left my house, and my windows look great!! Dave and his crew were awesome, I wish I could hire them to fix everything in my house the were so great, my annoying dog's didn't bother them they just kept working. They showed us how to open the windows filly or partially. MY WINDOWS LOOK AWESOME!!!!!!!!

Quality of the windows are great. Cost is high, but worth it. Of five other companies I looked at, this was the best quality. Installers were skilled and courteous. Didn't realize how much stuff we put in fronting the windows that we had to move. Still waiting on inspection, but we're happy.

Axel Nelson, the lead Installer did an amazing job start to finish. He was very professional in all aspects from the time we met to when he left. I was skeptical about these windows actually because they were my wifes idea. So after they started I waited until they finished the first room and when I walked in the room it was like "WOW". I couldn't believe how nice and clean the installed window was. The trim and caulk was uniform like a robot did it, but I know that takes talent. The "WOW Factor" was huge. As I watched more of their work I realized that Axel and his helper were more artist than technician. The finished product was amazing. The windows fit perfectly and the caulk around each window looked the same. Truly this was a 5 star job. Then my Wife got home and she liked it every bit as much as I did. Whew!!!! Happy Wife - happy life. Great Job.

Very pleasant employees doing the installation, the windows and doors are an amazing improvement from what we had. Had a few snags on the door order but they promised to make it right. Will cut down on the electricity bill and improve security. Great choice for our home!

I am absolutely thrilled with my new windows! I can see outside again and they are so easy to open/close and lock. The quality of the windows is evident; the frames are much thicker than my old ones and the double panes have a wide space between them. When the sun shined on my dining room window last week, the inner pane was still cool to the touch. I am amazed at how much they modernize the look of my home. The old windows were installed at the time of construction and had faded aluminum frames that dated my house. Now it looks fresh and modern. Also, the installers were great. They stuck to the promised timeframe and got everything done in one day! This company is wonderful and I recommend them to anyone looking for new windows!

Had a great experience with the crew that installed our windows. They did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. They put done drop clothes down both inside and outside of the house to catch debris. They vacuumed on the inside around the windows. They were very professional. The windows look great. Great service from the start. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and answsered all our questions. When the sales rep hammered a nail into board with the glass they use was what had me sold on these windows. Once the windows were done and ready to be installed, they are each custom made for your homes windows, the installation team arrived right when they said they would. The team was very friendly and respectable. They worked quickly and around my crazy 2 year old when she escaped my grasp. Once they were all done, they cleaned up really well and also gave us a refresher on how to take the widows out. Overall it was a great experience from the sales pitch to after the installation.

Storm Tight Windows has been great to us!!! From the beginning they have answered any and all questions that I had. They kept it professional and were very friendly with every encounter we had with them. They demonstrated and trained us with the proper way to use our windows and showed the decrease of heat that would radiate through. For installation, we received notification in advance to be able to ask off. They finished in the timeframe as they reported they would and did a PERFECT job. Updated review - I can't enter another score, or score more than 5 stars, but I would give Storm Tight Windows 20 stars if possible! I loved my first windows so much that I had to replace the remainder of my windows as well with wouldn't even consider using anyone other than Storm Tight Windows! Marty came out again to get the process going and give me an offer I couldn't refuse. Then, Jason worked with me to get a GREAT financing program option. Next, Steve came out again to double check the measurements and make sure we were on the same page for everything. Finally, Rudy and his helper came to do the install and did a TERRIFIC job. Throughout all phases of my 2nd installation the people were extremely polite and professional. And the finished product is AWESOME! Thanks again Storm Tight, you ROCK!!! Original review - I am very impressed with the Storm Tight Windows company, from the sales rep that shocked me with hammering in a 10 penny nail with a piece of the glass that was going to be installed in my windows, to the project manager that helped my husband level out our French doors where custom sized windows would be installed on each side, to the installation crew who worked in the rain to get my windows in so I wouldn’t have to wait an additional week for my installation. The company staff were polite, courteous, extremely competent, and professional. We got our storm impact windows today and they look awesome. Rudy and his coworker showed up exactly when they were supposed were very nice, polite and extremely professional. They put tarps down to protect our floors and ground outside from debris and broken glass. They sweeped and cleaned everything up as they went and even cleaned the windows. I can't wait now to get our new doors.

We have been wanting storm windows for some time, and decided this company would be the one we selected. We were not disappointed. We were impressed with the professionalism and the product. David and his crew took great care and worked hard to deliver a finished product that we are proud of. They were very thorough and were meticulous to keep the work place clean, indoors and out. The first day, we noticed a reduction in heating in the rooms on the west side of the house. If we had it to do over again, they would certainly be our first choice.

Excellent job of installing by Rudy and Carlos! The windows are all plumb, air and water tight. All mess was meticulously cleaned up - very much appreciated. I'm very pleased with the end product - it has really changed the view, really showcasing our beautiful backyard. Great job and nice men.
