Dave and his crew just installed our windows yesterday. It took them only a couple hours to do five windows. They were professional and efficient. The team cleaned up after themselves, and left no debris behind. The team even made sure to double check that we knew the different functions of the windows. They, for sure, did an amazing job! We had windows and a door installed recently. They are top quality and have extra security features. The crew was very professional. They made sure that everything was covered and protected while removing the old windows. They show you all the special features before they leave your house. Storm Tight did a great job installing our windows & doors. We were very pleased with the quality of installation. The team did a great job, and we felt very comfortable with them. The windows & doors are excellent. We are grateful for the safety these windows & doors bring to our family. Please note, we were not aware of the general clean up that is need after windows/doors are installed. The team did a very good job of cleaning up as much as they could, but dust, glass and minor debris goes everywhere. I believe this is normal for any window removal and installation. Be prepared to dust, sweep and vacuum once installation is complete. We recommend using Storm Tight Windows of Texas.

We had new windows placed in half of our house. Dave and his crew came and installed the windows in one afternoon, they were professional and even did their best to not wake or sleeping baby. A great job and great window from Storm Tight. To be completely honest, I’ll start by saying that Storm Tight’s windows are NOT cheap. We initially could not afford them, but they worked with us to bring the windows into a range we could work with. The windows are amazing. Excellent quality, and give me and my family a lot of confidence come the next big storm. David, Eric, and Joe installed the windows. They did a great job. It was a rainy day, but they did their best to push through. They works fast, efficiently, and responded quickly to my nit picky requests at the end of the install. Overall, cleanup was good. A tiny bit of mess left, but overall a good cleanup job. Thanks Storm Tight!

Great quality windows!! From start to end Storm Tight Windows of Texas took care of us very well.. We just had a small hiccup with Tropical Storm Imelda delaying the install but then we got back on track and they were out there the following week and installed 9 windows in one day and did amazing job ! All the people that I have had contact with have been very Professional, and have been able to answer any questions that I have had. The original sales person that came to my home was able to demonstrate to me why the windows would be very beneficial for my home. He was very upfront and honest with me. I was contacted by Dave, foreman of the installation crew, to set up a date for installation of my windows. Dave called me the day before the installation was scheduled due to the rainy weather that we had been having in my area. We agreed that the crew would arrive the next morning and install the windows in my house. The crew showed up the next morning and went right to work. All of my contact with them proved to me that they were very professional and were willing to answer any questions that I had about the installation. Dave and his crew did an excellent jab of removing the old windows and installing my new Storm Tight Windows. You could not even tell that they had been around my house doing the removal and installation. I would recommend Storm Tight Windows to my family and friends. We have only had our new windows for a month now and I can really tell the difference in my daughters room. Her room was always warmer than the rest of the house being it is in the sun all day long. There is no heat transfer into her room anymore. The installation crew was very professional and cleaned up the yard when they were done. There was a little dusting that needed to be done inside but that is to be expected. Overall my wife and I are very pleased with the windows

Windows are of high quality material. Installers arrived on time, all were professional and easy to work with. Final installed product showed of very good craftsmanship. The crew did a detailed cleanup both inside and outside. Within five hours of arriving at the property, there were no signs that significant remodeling had just occurred.

Ordered a steel front door to replace a 20+ year old similar style. The quality of this new door, and the quality of the installation team is top notch. The door did take longer to receive than I expected, but I ordered a custom glass design (which was made EXACTLY to my specifications!), and I am very happy with the look and feel of the door and with the installation results.

Our measure tech, Steve did an excellent job. On installation day, David, Joe and Mike were like a well-oiled machine. They arrived and immediately got to work. They were courteous and conscientious as they performed their tasks. They picked up as they worked and at the end of the job they performed outstanding final cleanup. These guys were awesome! The communication was great. As soon as my windows were ready (early by the way), they let me know and we got the install scheduled with no issues. Also, the crew was amazing. They were very friendly and respectful of my home. Everything was 100% put back as it was before. We have had good experiences with our Storm Tight Windows. Our home was built 1964-1966 and had few energy saving features. We had a lot of air coming in through our window openings. Our new windows have made a big difference in our indoor air keeping warm or cool in season. The installation was good, fast and clean. The workers were thoughtful, polite, hard workers, and cleaned up after themselves. We purchased the hurricane quality glass and hope that we never have to test it. At first we were surprised at how thick the edges of the windows are, so there is less open space to look through. We also decided to paint them to blend in with the brick and siding on our house a little better. Happy Customers.

My windows are beautiful, I can't wait to see the energy savings. The noise reduction alone is amazing. The install crew was quick and professional. The repair or problem process is smooth I had a couple of small issues and in two days a Storm Tight repairman was there too help. My only minor frustration was communication and having said that our situation was a bit unique so may have been part of the issue. I would and have recommended Storm Tight windows!

Axel Nelson, the lead Installer did an amazing job start to finish. He was very professional in all aspects from the time we met to when he left. I was skeptical about these windows actually because they were my wifes idea. So after they started I waited until they finished the first room and when I walked in the room it was like "WOW". I couldn't believe how nice and clean the installed window was. The trim and caulk was uniform like a robot did it, but I know that takes talent. The "WOW Factor" was huge. As I watched more of their work I realized that Axel and his helper were more artist than technician. The finished product was amazing. The windows fit perfectly and the caulk around each window looked the same. Truly this was a 5 star job. Then my Wife got home and she liked it every bit as much as I did. Whew!!!! Happy Wife - happy life. Great Job.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new windows! I can see outside again and they are so easy to open/close and lock. The quality of the windows is evident; the frames are much thicker than my old ones and the double panes have a wide space between them. When the sun shined on my dining room window last week, the inner pane was still cool to the touch. I am amazed at how much they modernize the look of my home. The old windows were installed at the time of construction and had faded aluminum frames that dated my house. Now it looks fresh and modern. Also, the installers were great. They stuck to the promised timeframe and got everything done in one day! This company is wonderful and I recommend them to anyone looking for new windows!

Great service from the start. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and answsered all our questions. When the sales rep hammered a nail into board with the glass they use was what had me sold on these windows. Once the windows were done and ready to be installed, they are each custom made for your homes windows, the installation team arrived right when they said they would. The team was very friendly and respectable. They worked quickly and around my crazy 2 year old when she escaped my grasp. Once they were all done, they cleaned up really well and also gave us a refresher on how to take the widows out. Overall it was a great experience from the sales pitch to after the installation.

Updated review - I can't enter another score, or score more than 5 stars, but I would give Storm Tight Windows 20 stars if possible! I loved my first windows so much that I had to replace the remainder of my windows as well with wouldn't even consider using anyone other than Storm Tight Windows! Marty came out again to get the process going and give me an offer I couldn't refuse. Then, Jason worked with me to get a GREAT financing program option. Next, Steve came out again to double check the measurements and make sure we were on the same page for everything. Finally, Rudy and his helper came to do the install and did a TERRIFIC job. Throughout all phases of my 2nd installation the people were extremely polite and professional. And the finished product is AWESOME! Thanks again Storm Tight, you ROCK!!! Original review - I am very impressed with the Storm Tight Windows company, from the sales rep that shocked me with hammering in a 10 penny nail with a piece of the glass that was going to be installed in my windows, to the project manager that helped my husband level out our French doors where custom sized windows would be installed on each side, to the installation crew who worked in the rain to get my windows in so I wouldn’t have to wait an additional week for my installation. The company staff were polite, courteous, extremely competent, and professional. We got our storm impact windows today and they look awesome. Rudy and his coworker showed up exactly when they were supposed were very nice, polite and extremely professional. They put tarps down to protect our floors and ground outside from debris and broken glass. They sweeped and cleaned everything up as they went and even cleaned the windows. I can't wait now to get our new doors.

We have been wanting storm windows for some time, and decided this company would be the one we selected. We were not disappointed. We were impressed with the professionalism and the product. David and his crew took great care and worked hard to deliver a finished product that we are proud of. They were very thorough and were meticulous to keep the work place clean, indoors and out. The first day, we noticed a reduction in heating in the rooms on the west side of the house. If we had it to do over again, they would certainly be our first choice.

We had all windows (8) of our one-story house replaced. The work crew were great, they arrived on time, worked very efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. The entire job was completed within 6 hours and our windows look awesome. A rep came to our house and showed us the options and gave a very fair quote. We now understand why there were so many good reviews about this company.

Excellent job of installing by Rudy and Carlos! The windows are all plumb, air and water tight. All mess was meticulously cleaned up - very much appreciated. I'm very pleased with the end product - it has really changed the view, really showcasing our beautiful backyard. Great job and nice men.

Storm Tight Windows are awesome quality! David and his crew were excellent at installing the windows. They gave great service and kept us updating while the work was executed. Cleanliness was kept up throughout installation day. As they finished one window, the cleaned it up before they continued with the next. If we could, we would give them 100 stars!!!
