I was impressed with the quality of the windows during our initial presentation and all my questions were answered. They were very professional and not pushy. When we had our windows installed, we were told timeline, what was going to happen, etc and everything went exactly like they said. Everyone from sales to install and follow up were excellent and friendly. I have enjoyed our windows and have seen a decrease in our utility bills. I can certainly recommend Storm Tight to anyone that asks
